1. General
1.1 All and any Services provided by the Company through this Website, whether gratuitous or not, are subject to these terms and conditions, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing.
1.2 By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions and our data protection and privacy policy. Please ensure that you have read and understood the following terms and conditions.
2. Definitions
Unless otherwise defined in these Terms, abbreviations used in these Terms shall have the following meanings:
- Company: Global Wander Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong, headquartered at Room 409, Beverley Commercial Centre, 87–105 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.
- Confidential Information: Information concerning the parties, including but not limited to:
- Information of the Company, the Customer, and related parties;
- Communications, documents, deliverables, texts, and agreements between the Company and the Customer related to Services.
- Customer: Any individual or entity purchasing and using our Services.
- Fees: The amount paid by the Customer for the purchase of Services.
- Intellectual Property: All contents on the Website (including name, logo, text, links, sounds, images), documents, materials, products, and other information developed and provided by the Company.
- Package: A bundle of services or items offered by the Company on the Website.
- Parties: The Company and the Customer.
- Services: Any services, products, or Packages offered by the Company on the Website.
- Terms: These terms and conditions.
- Website: The Company’s technology platform for selling Services: https://globalwanderhk.com/.
3. Account Registration
3.1 The Customer must register an account to access the Services and use the Website. By creating an account, the Customer agrees to provide true, accurate, updated, and comprehensive information.
3.2 Accounts may be created for personal use or on behalf of a legal entity. If acting on behalf of an entity, the Customer warrants they have full legal authority to bind the entity to these Terms.
3.3 The Company collects and uses Customer information in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3.4 Access to the Website is granted through a username and password, which must be kept strictly confidential.
3.5 The Customer must promptly update any changes to their account information. The Company is not liable for losses resulting from failure to update information.
3.6 The Company may suspend or terminate an account if: a. Any violation of these Terms is detected; or b. The account remains inactive for three (3) years.
The Company will notify the Customer at least seven (7) days prior to suspension or termination.
4. Use of Services
4.1 Eligibility Requirements a. If the Customer is an individual: They must be of legal age and have the capacity to engage in civil activities under Hong Kong law. Minors must obtain consent from a parent/guardian. If the Customer is a legal entity: It must be duly established, legally operating, and capable of purchasing and using Services. b. Customer must have a valid credit/debit card or other accepted payment method.
4.2 To verify orders and provide Services, the Customer must provide accurate and complete information. Delays in providing required information may delay delivery timelines.
4.3 The Company begins providing Services only after receiving full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.4 After payment, the initial discovery call and email response will be delivered within 24 hours. Full service details, timelines, and milestones will follow via email. These communications constitute proof of fulfillment.
4.5 The Company assigns an employee to carry out the Services and commits to timely delivery.
4.6 The Customer acknowledges that the Company is not liable for losses arising from executing instructions provided by the Customer.
4.7 Additional Customer requests outside the purchased scope may incur extra fees.
5. Payment
5.1 Prices, features, and scope depend on the Package selected. All prices are in USD.
5.2 Payment must be made in advance using a valid payment method.
5.3 Invoices reflect the cardholder’s information. Customers must be authorized to use the card. Invoices are emailed within one (1) day of payment.
5.4 Transaction fees and foreign exchange costs are the Customer’s responsibility.
5.5 Stored card information is encrypted and used only for authorized transactions. The Company is not liable for unauthorized access unless due to its negligence.
5.6 Non-Refundability Prepaid Fees, including unused Package portions, are non-refundable, except when:
a. The case meets the Company’s refund policy conditions; or
b. The Parties mutually agree to a refund.
5.7 Fees exclude VAT or other applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
5.8 The Company may set off any amounts owed by the Customer.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 Parties may not disclose or use Confidential Information unless:
a. It is publicly known at disclosure;
b. It later becomes public without breach;
c. Disclosure is required by law (with reasonable notice to the other Party);
d. Disclosure is necessary to settle disputes.
6.2 Parties must impose confidentiality obligations on authorized third parties.
6.3 Confidentiality obligations remain indefinitely, even after termination.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All Intellectual Property on the Website is owned exclusively by the Company.
7.2 Without written consent, the Customer may not:
a. Use, distribute, share, reproduce, or publish the Intellectual Property;
b. Challenge the Company’s ownership or rights.
7.3 Customer retains ownership of their own data but grants the Company a license to use it solely for providing Services.
8. Limitation of Liabilities
8.1 The Company is not liable for loss or damage unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.
8.2 Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer in the prior three (3) months.
8.3 Neither Party is liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages.
8.4 Chargeback Disputes Customer acknowledges that the Company may reject unauthorized card usage claims if it can provide:
a. Proof of service delivery;
b. Transaction-related communication;
c. Evidence of authorization.
8.5 No Warranties The Company does not warrant that:
a. Services will achieve specific results;
b. Information is always accurate or up to date;
c. Documents produced will be error-free, suitable, or legally sound.
8.6 The Company is not responsible for third-party website content or interactions.
9. Force Majeure Event
9.1 A Force Majeure Event includes circumstances beyond reasonable control. A Party may claim force majeure only if:
a. It is beyond their control;
b. It directly prevents or delays performance;
c. They used best efforts to mitigate.
9.2 Affected performance is excused to the extent hindered.
9.3 Notice must be given within three (3) days of the event.
9.4 If the event lasts 90 days or more, the Customer may terminate and receive a refund for unused Services per the Refund Policy.
10. Termination
10.1 Services terminate if:
a. Services are completed and delivered;
b. Parties mutually agree to terminate;
c. Customer gives seven (7) days’ notice (refund per policy);
d. Company terminates with written notice (refund per policy);
e. A breach is not remedied within ten (10) days;
f. Termination due to Force Majeure;
g. A Party is dissolved or bankrupt (no refund unless agreed).
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 These Terms are governed by Hong Kong law.
11.2 Disputes must first be resolved through negotiation.
11.3 If not resolved within 30 days, disputes will be settled through arbitration in English in Hong Kong.
12. Miscellaneous
12.1 The Company may amend these Terms by posting updates on the Website.
12.2 Notices may be sent via the Website, account inbox, or email.
12.3 Liability limitations apply regardless of claim basis.
12.4 Waivers of breach do not constitute future waivers.
12.5 Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.
12.6 Third parties have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance.
12.7 Each Party bears its own costs in preparing or implementing these Terms.
REFUND POLICY

1. General Principles
1.1 The Company reserves the right to verify, consider, and decide on refunds based on this policy.
1.2 This policy applies only to Customers purchasing Services through the Website.
1.3 Capitalized terms follow the definitions in the Terms and Conditions.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Full Refunds A full refund may be granted if:
a. Customer cancels within seven (07) days of payment and before service commencement;
b. Company cannot perform obligations on time (not caused by the Customer);
c. Services are terminated due to a Force Majeure event;
d. Company terminates Services without valid reason.
2.2 Partial Refunds A partial refund may be granted if:
a. Customer cancels after performance has begun but before deliverables are provided;
b. Services are partially processed before termination due to Force Majeure;
c. For brokerage services, Customer cannot sign the contract with introduced partners/clients;
d. Refund is required by law or court order.
2.3 Partial Refund Calculation Partial refunds equal:
Total fees – completed service fees – admin fee (10%–30%) – payment gateway/bank charges
Admin fee includes:
a. Consulting fee
b. Document review
c. Application preparation
3. Non-Refundable Items
3.1 Parts or all Services that have been fully completed with deliverables provided.
3.2 Any fees or expenses the Company incurred on the Customer’s behalf.
3.3 If Services are terminated due to the Customer’s fault, no refund is provided.
4. Refund Procedure
4.1 Refund requests must be sent in writing to support@globalwanderhk.com and include:
- Customer name
- Service purchased
- Proof of payment
- Invoice number
- Reason for refund
- Supporting documentation
4.2 The Company will review the request and notify the Customer of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be transferred to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

This is the privacy policy of Global Wander Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Company”, “we”, “us”, and “our”).
