Service Engagement Policy
- All service engagements begin with a consultation and written agreement outlining the scope of work, timeline, deliverables, and fees.
- For consulting services, a minimum deposit of 50% is required prior to the start of any project or itinerary development. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the agreed scope or project completion.
- Service revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges, which will be discussed and approved in writing before proceeding.
- Consulting services (travel or marketing) are non-refundable once delivered, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
Order & Payment Policy
- All products listed on our website are priced in USD and include a product description.
- Orders can be placed directly through our e-commerce platform or by email.
- Payment is required in full at the time of order confirmation. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and international bank transfers.
- All transaction fees and foreign exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
- All project materials, strategies, and designs developed by Global Wander Limited remain the intellectual property of the company unless explicitly transferred through written agreement.
- Confidential information shared by either party during a consulting engagement must not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
- Clients may not reuse or reproduce our deliverables for any purpose beyond the agreed scope without authorization.
Dispute Resolution
- In the event of a disagreement, we prioritize resolving issues amicably through clear communication and mutual understanding.
- If no resolution is reached, disputes will be governed and settled in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
- Clients and Global Wander Limited agree to engage in good-faith efforts to mediate before resorting to legal proceedings.
